Fan Table Info and Form

Anglicon 2017 is pleased to provide a limited number of fan tables to the community. These are a great way to let our members know about your club, convention or organization with more than just a flyer. If you would like a fan table at Anglicon please read the following and fill out the application below. See you there!

Please read all of the following information before filling out the form below.

Fan tables are:

  • free.
  • for the promotion of clubs, conventions, organizations and other associated and related events. Fan tables are also available for non-profit businesses for promotion purposes.
  • subject to approval and are available on a reserved basis. You must apply (see below) and be accepted. We allot fan tables on a first come, first served basis. Fan tables are allocated for the entirety of the convention.
  • not for sales of merchandise OTHER than that directly associated with the club or event reserving the fan table. Acceptable items for sale include memberships, newsletters and other related merchandise to the club or convention. If in doubt, ask.
  • for good neighbors. Do not play your music loud, your videos endlessly or your neighbor’s nerves at all. Electricity is limited; plan to share outlets by bringing as few devices that need it as possible. Be willing to unplug your recharging devices so others can recharge as well.
  • assigned. Do not switch or trade without talking to the fan table coordinator first. Fan tables may be shared provided BOTH entities are approved for fan tables.
  • for convention members only. Anyone sitting at a fan table must have a membership to Anglicon. Fan tables are available during the Dealer Room hours of Anglicon.
  • 6 feet by 2 ½ feet and comes with 2 chairs. They will be provided with a tablecloth. You are welcome to supply your own.
  • Must be staffed during regular convention hours:
    • Friday 12 PM - 8 PM
    • Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM
    • Sunday 10 AM - 3 PM
