Dealer Info and Form

Please read all of the following information before filling out the form below.

Dear Prospective Dealer,

Thank you for your interest in being part of the Dealers’ Room at Anglicon 2017. Anglicon will be held December 8-10th, 2017, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport. The address of the hotel is 18740 International Blvd., SeaTac, WA.

The Dealers' Room at Anglicon is a juried room and Anglicon reserves the right to select dealers that we feel are a good fit. Anglicon also reserves the right to prohibit the sale of certain items in the Dealer Room, not limited to but including adult and unlicensed materials. Please ask if you are unsure of whether your merchandise is a good fit! You may be asked to submit pictures of your booth and/or products if there are any questions.

Dealer tables are $100 each and are limited to 3 per dealer. Dealer tables come with 1 (one) full weekend convention membership per table. Additional Dealer memberships are $50 each.

Anglicon is pleased to provide electricity at no extra charge; however, we have a limited number of outlets. If you plan to use electricity at Anglicon please be aware that extension cords must be long enough to reach a wall outlet if your assigned space is in the center of the room. Gaffers tape will be available for securing electrical cords from Anglicon; DO NOT USE DUCT TAPE. Fire regulations do not allow for power strips unless directly connected to a wall outlet. Please let us know in advance if you need a power strip outlet and we will TRY to accommodate the request.

The deadline for Dealer Room applications is October 1, 2017. If accepted, dealers will have until October 15th to remit payment. All dealers are required to provide a valid Washington State business license prior to opening at Anglicon unless exempt (registered non-profit).

The Dealers’ Room will be available for set up beginning on Thursday at 6:30 PM and will be open until 9:30 PM. Set up hours will start again on Friday at 10 AM and dealers must be set up when the room opens at noon on Friday. Dealers must remain open during scheduled Dealer Room hours until the room closes Sunday afternoon. Any dealer who fails to show up by opening on Friday will forfeit their space without a refund unless prior arrangements have been made. Anglicon reserves the right to resell forfeited spaces without providing refunds to dealers who are no-shows. The Dealers’ room hours are as follows:

Friday 12 PM - 8 PM
Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM
Sunday 10 AM - 3 PM

Dealers may NOT attach anything to the walls. Per hotel regulations shoes must be worn at all times. Parking is available at the hotel for $10.00 per day currently. Valet parking is available for a higher fee. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions about parking fees.

The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arriving out of injury or damage to Exhibitor’s displays, equipment, and other property brought unto the premises of the DoubleTree Seattle Airport and shall indemnify and hold harmless the DoubleTree Seattle Airport, its agents, services, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.

The Exhibitor is also responsible for providing an accurate tax ID for Washington State for vending at this event. Exhibitors who do not provide this information by opening Friday will not be allowed to open for business until this is rectified.
